Rather just call?
Calls are answered weekdays, 9am–6pm Eastern. Outside those hours leave a message or email — we reply within one business day. An unanswered evening call means we are with another family, not that we are ignoring you.
What the call covers
- The decision in front of you right now, answered straight.
- What we would look at first, and what we would not spend money on yet.
- Which tier fits, if any does — and we will say so if none does.
Clubs and organizations
Use the same form for parent workshops and travel-organization retainers. Put the organization's name in the sport field and roughly how many families you have in the last box.
Before you write
You may not need us, and that is fine.
Everything we know about the process is published on this site for free. If you read how recruiting actually works and conclude you can run it yourself, that is a good outcome — you will have saved considerably more than we charge, and we would rather you did that than paid us to tell you what you already worked out.
Two things we cannot do, so nobody wastes a call finding out: we do not contact coaches on your athlete's behalf, and we do not promise recruitment, roster placement, admission or scholarship outcomes. Anyone who sells you either one is selling something they do not control.
